Save vs Splurge: Tis the season to wear thigh highs

Hi Beauts!

We all know Autumn and Winter is definitely the time to get out the thigh high or over the knee boots - whichever way to like to refer to them! And as an avid fan I wanted to share some boots that I spotted and create a splurge v's save post.

If you still haven't decided which kind of boots you want to purchase then check these sexy boots out but be prepared for the prices of the expensive styles, I almost fell off my chair...

I have to say the Commander style is definitely my favourite, what about you?

Giveaway: Luxemme Christmas Voucher

Hi All!

I can finally post about this wonderful opportunity that you can all get involved with which includes the lovely brand Luxemme I've been meaning to post about this but was delayed eeek!

In case you haven't heard of this brand, read the following of how they describe their selves:
A forward thinking fashion brand combining Parisian chic with Manchester street style. Cool, clean cut and completely on trend, Luxemme sources the finest in affordable luxury fashion that fuses classic fashion trends with emerging en vogue, edgy looks.

Isn't it fab? With Christmas literally around the corner then why don't you enter my giveaway as I have FIVE vouchers up for grabs!  Which could be a great stocking filler for someone you know or if  you want to treat yourself then you get £15 off the website - which I don't blame you for!

All you have to do is the following:
1. Send me your email
2. Tweet about my giveaway on Twitter 'I am entering @luxemme and @domaniquesings voucher giveaway'
3. For bonus entries then follow myself and Luxemme on Twitter and/or Instagram @luxemme @domaniquesings

This isn't the first offering this brand has taken part in, last year the brand worked with various charities and sent them free clothes for the homeless which I think is a lovely gesture. I am all for giving to the needy especially at Christmas, and also give to charity as my Christmas present to myself. But this year Luxemme wanted to give away vouchers to bloggers past, present and future working with them and for the bloggers readers to get involved too so everyone can treat themselves or others.

So to all my loyal followers of my blog and singing I wanted to give you the opportunity to win yourself a voucher - which don't expire until February 2016 - to say thank you!

By the way if you get any vouchers or win one from me, please let me know what you use them for? I have my eye on the fabulous wide leg jumpsuits   and will definitely be using my voucher to purchase this for New Years maybe? Ooooh I'm so excited, lush clothes and with a discount it's like Christmas already!

Visiting New York at Christmas: My purchases

Hi Gorgeous!

So as you know I recently returned from a trip to New York and it was literally the best shopping trip I have ever experienced. Here's the second post dedicated to the trip based around the items I purchased which I wanted to share with you all here, so without further ado here re the fabulous items I now own.....

Hi Tops
I really had a thing for hi tops whilst in the US and I'm not entirely sure why, but they are so comfy and are my new fav type of footwear.

Michael Kors

Aldo

Watch
I told everyone before my trip that I had no intentions of buying a watch on my jollies but the fella was spending so long choosing a watch for himself, I accidentally purchased one for myself haha and it's just divine

Marc Jacobs

Wigs
I saw a few hair stores and definitely wanted to look at what was on offer that I couldn't get in the UK and a big stand out was ombre wigs, so I bought all three!

Clothes & Accessories

I bought some clothes a whole heap from places such as Century 21, H&M and Macys but I'll share those in outfit posts. I also took a trip to Victoria's Secret nd sent over $100 on underwear... but I got a free blanket! That justifies it right?

I am looking forward to using and wearing these items over the festive period and I really can't choose a favourite item either! I just adore NYC and being the type of person who likes to stand out and be different I think it's safe to say my buys are all about that.

Visiting New York at Christmas

Hi Lovelies!

I know I've been gone  a while and I am SO sorry but I'm back to tell you a little bit about my trip to New York city and I ave a few post's lined up with what I bought too.I'm not going to natter on too much about my jollies except to say the whole experience was amazing and would highly recommend anyone who loves the hustle and bustle of a city to visit NYC.
Here's a quick overview of my visit and some tips for those looking to visit there...

There's plenty to do and trust me you can not fit it all into one visit, I went for five days and still didn't get to see everything I wanted to. I did however visit the 9/11 memorial and museum which was an emotional roller coaster. For those who are visiting NYC for the first time soon and are unsure if they should visit here I would say do it. Do not underestimate how eerie, emotional and quiet this place is.....

On a brighter note there are places you can visit, like the really tourist type places (there ain't no shame in being a tourist haha) that are also really good such as seeing the view from the Rockefeller Centre, Central Park and obviously Times Square...

Visiting NYC is not a relaxing holiday at all, in fact be prepared for the hours and hours of walking you will do whilst shopping and the aches and pains because I truly wasn't. Dress comfortably, wear the best shoes for shopping and always opt for the items you definitely couldn't get back at home....

I could go on and on about my trip but I think I'll stop there, if you want to know more feel free to Tweet me @domaniquesings and my new post will be based around some of the items I purchased.
