EyeWake Gel

Hey Lovelies!

I recently received this new eye gel from the team over at EyeWake to review and I wanted to share with you my thoughts with you.

I'm always happy to receive items to review, especially from brands I'd never heard of so when I was presented with this opportunity I definitely wanted to be one of the first people to experience the product. I read up a little bit on this collagen gel before I received it, and as you can see it arrive during our last dramatic snow fall.

I opted to test this product out as part of my evening routine, rather then in the morning. This is a personal preference of mine as I believe a lot of skincare products work best and have a better chance of 'working their magic' overnight on my skin.  It is also because there is no make up covering the gel and I myself want to see the affects of what I am using.

The product arrived very quickly, even during the delayed post with the snow, and I was happy to receive a a full size bottle as you never know if you will gain a tester size product for reviews.

The packaging is pretty simple and it has a great pump which gives around a pea sized amount. I've always been told in a lot of instances with skincare that a little goes a long way, and it is true with  EyeWake.

I found more then enough product is given with each pump and was surprised at how refreshing and cool the actual gel is at application. I noticed over a few days of use that my eyes looked brighter and feel awake!!

I don't know if this improves dark circles as I have yet to witness this improvement on my skin but I will say it immediately reduces puffy eyes.  I have suffered with extreme eye puffiness recently and I reached for my EyeWake to sort the problem and it really works!

Not only does it work, but it's cruelty free which is always great to know and the business donate 5% of profit to Women's Aid Charity!!

Have you tried EyeWake?

Take care of your skin

Hey Y'all!

I was thinking the other day about my skincare routine and other peoples routine's and initially I thought theirs seems much more elaborate then mine. But then I had a look at my own and realised that actually, mines pretty much elaborate itself.

I know I've mentioned Arbonne a million times before but this literally is the only brand I use for my skincare. I might have great genes (not meaning to brag) but Arbonne has definitely contributed to how well my skin is doing.

I often get asked how do I look younger then I am, and I just tell people all over the above. I talk to them about Arbonne and pretty much point them in the direction of my Mom who sells it. I've converted avid CHRISTIAN DIOR users to Arbonne so I'm telling y'all, it really is fabulous.

Every day I use a mixture of the above products - this is my full skincare routine from shower to just before primer... my primer is Arbonne too - how did you know?

But if I haven't got time I'll definitely wash my face with the RE9 Facial cleanser and then use the RE9 Restorative day cream.....

Before I go to bed I always use my Eye make up remover, facial cleanser and the toner...

I also think treating your skin is a must, so give yourself a nice relaxing bath every now and then.

If I ever break out in spots, guaranteed it's because I'm stressed or not washing my makeup brushes often enough - hands up who is else is lazy in this department?

So that's my skincare routine - Do you have a holy grail skin care brand?

Review: Arbonne Renewing Body Gelee

Hi Guys!

It's purpose:
As described on the packaging the gelee is for use after sports and sun exposure at the end of each day and may be left on the body overnight.

My opinion:
I used this to rub into my boyfriends back and legs after a football match, he had been complaining recently of having aches and pains quite a lot after each match so I thought why not have a try of this after seeing some positive comments about it.

The scent is a great mixture of some of the ingredients including spearmint, tangerine and lavender.. it's a lovely scent that lingers for a while and although it is called a Gelee it's not quite a gel or even jelly form.

The gelee smooths onto the skin really easily and great to use whilst massaging into the skin, although you don't want to keep massaging for long otherwise it'll dry out too much. Tom stated that it gave a lovely cooling sensation when penetrating the skin and it really helped with his aching muscles and he felt he could relax much more that evening.

I am excited to try this out myself as I think I will save it for that use, I get flare ups with my lower back sometimes and I think this could be a great remedy for that. So overall a positive review and I am looking forward to using it even more. It's only £34 and looks like it'll last a very long time, as do the majority of Arbonne products I have used in the past- not biased at all. Once again a great product produced by Arbonne!

Has anyone used this before? The packaging also recommends that it can be mixed with Arbonne's essential massage oil but I have yet to try this out also.

Tips: What every office girl should have in their drawers

Hi Ladies!

If you're an office girl like myself you might benefit from this post if you have the constant need to have well moisturised hands.

Soap & Glory 'Hand dream'
Soap & Glory 'Hand Maid'

We all know that items in offices can harbour germs such as your keyboard, mouse and desk. Obviously yourself and the cleaner can keep on top of that with cleaning products ad disinfectant wipes, however just to make sure I always keep I team these two bad boys together. I hate the feeling on unclean hands, so I always make sure to sanitise with the Hand Maid and then moisturise with the Hand Dream.

They are a fabulous pair of office pals and always kept in my top drawer so I definitely would recommend these to you fellow office girls.

Keeping my skin hydrated and moisturised in Winter

Hi All!

Anyone else take extra extra good care of their skin during the winter months? I thought so! Well this winter is quite bitter and if I don't stay on top of my skincare routine it will take it's toll so I just wanted to share a quick review of some products I've been using on a regular basis.

Dove 'Winterplege' Body wash
I had never seen this Dove shower wash until one day when I was in the pound shop. I noticed it is a limited edition so if you do spot it make sure you purchase it because it has such a yummy scent makes my skin feel super soft after showering.

Soap & Glory 'The Righteous Butter'
Who doesn't love this brand really? I do and I was lucky enough to be gifted with a deluxe box set as a gift for Christmas by my dad. I know it's going to last a long time so keep an eye out for any more reviews like this one of some of the other products. But anyway back to this shea butter all you need is a dab and you really do feel your skin moisturise to the maximum after use.

Do you have any particular winter skincare tips? If so leave a comment and I'll check it out.
