You may all be aware of the swim wear and sports clothes brand O'Neill which is available to purchase all over the world for the keen swimmers out there. With summer just around the corner it seems quite fitting that I post about the brand here for you all to see the latest addition the brand has to offer in the swim wear collection and also the fabulous modelling competition which is open to all to enter.
Firstly the new addition to the brand is the Superkini; what a fab name?! This is a new bikini made with a new Nanofront™ material, so it sticks to you your body when you get wet, keeping you sexy both in the water and out. With the launch of this new bikini O'Neill are happy to announce they are currently running a competition between April 1st and May 15th to find the new O'Neill girl!
O'Neill are searching for 12 finalists who will be flown to Ibiza to walk the One Way Runway in front of a panel of judges.. the catch is there is no end of the runway. You simply strut your stuff and once you reach the end you then have to leap into the sea!! The Superkini is the best attire to do this activity in according to the guys over at O'Neill!! The winner will be chosen by the judging panel and then flown to a perfect beach location in September 2011 for their very own photoshoot to be the new face of the Spring/Summer 2012 collection.
Interested? Then all you have to do is enter the Facebook campaign http://www.facebook.com/oneillgirls and upload your photo between April 1st and May 13th and get your friends to vote. The top 12 finalists (3 winners with the most Facebook votes, 9 winners chosen by the ‘panel’ - including supermodel Elyse Taylor of Victoria’s Secret, Surfer Rain Jackson, top fashion editors and O’Neill Marketing Team member), will be flown out to Ibiza to walk the One Way Runway off a cliff straight into the sea.
The application on Facebook allows you to post the information on your Facebook wall and to share your uploads and votes with all your friends. The 12 finalists are announced on May 13th. Note: You must be over 18 and hold a valid passport to travel to Ibiza, Spain for the One Way Runway competition, on June 7 - 10th, 2011. The event pictures, the model posts/blogs and the movies from the event on Ibiza will all be posted on Facebook after the 10th of June.
