How to Cook: Homemade Burgers on a Diet

Hi Lovelies!


There are healthy ways to add burgers into your diet, eating processed burgers from the likes of McDonalds is not one of them. I wanted to show you how I made mine from scratch and it's a really quick dish to make also.




The really good thing about this is for those of you who have eliminated wheat from your diet like me, you don't need ingredients such as breadcrumbs to help make it taste scrumptious. This recipe is using just the basic items.

Add minced beef and chopped onions to a bowl, mix together with your hands adding oil, salt, pepper and any herbs of your choice. I used garlic powder....



Separate into sections and roll into balls, then mould into burger shape, this will get quite messy and they can be a pain to keep stuck together at first.....



The healthiest way to cook them is by using George Foreman grilling machine, it's fat reducing and takes away all of the fattiness and grease you don't want....



And after 5 minutes your yummy homemade burgers are cooked, service with goats cheese instead of cheddar cheese and a side salad with advocado......
